The researcher uses Ludi Community College’s woman-oriented courses as an example to indicate how an educator can design a series of woman-oriented courses in correspondence to the needs of local women. It also makes explicit the mode of empowerment that is the logic and methods behind these woman-oriented courses, and how to enable women to learn.
