According to\u00a0the empirical data from focused group interview and general interview,\u00a0the author attributes morale as a potential spirit. The essence of the\u00a0potential spirit is a special type of relationship among group members.\u00a0The potential spirit can be evolved when the goal of organization\u00a0becomes obvious. With the results of past morale studies and empirical\u00a0interviews of this study, the author also developed a morale scale. Two\u00a0groups of subjects (formal administration &amp; cross validation; N=311,\u00a0373 ; separately) were asked to complete this scale. The empirical data\u00a0show that the scale is impressive in terms of its internal-consistency\u00a0reliability and criterion-related validity. After factor analysis, it shows\u00a0that this scale is a single factor structure. The cross-validation\u00a0examination shows that the single factor structure of the scale is reliable\u00a0and consistent.  \u672c\u520a\u4ee5\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u5c0d\u8a71\u3001\u878d\u5408\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7de8\u8f2f\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8003\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u65b0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u984c\uff1b\u63d0\u4f9b\u958b\u95ca\u7684\u5712\u5730\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e0d\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u8207\u5178\u7bc4\u9593\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u8207\u5c0a\u91cd\uff1b\u5728\u5167\u5bb9\u53d6\u5411\u4e0a\uff0c\u5247\u5f37\u8abf\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u517c\u5177\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u4eba\u6587\u7684\u672c\u8cea\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u5be6\u52d9\u7684\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f70\u986f\u61c9\u7528\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u7279\u8272\u3002
