Though this model is empirically verified in a great many studies, very limited efforts have been endeavored to reconfirm it by taking various factors (control variables) into account. This study tends to explore the existence of stress process within agricultural extension agents on one hand, and brings in some environmental factors and personal factors, such as education level, age, tenure years as control variables to test the replication of stress process on the other hand.<br \/>\nThe findings reveals that the stress process composed of causal relationship among job stress, coping behaviors, and burnout indeed exists in this population. A variety of structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses further substantiate this model by controlling respondent\u2019s organization type, education level, age, and tenure year  \u672c\u520a\u4ee5\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u5c0d\u8a71\u3001\u878d\u5408\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7de8\u8f2f\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8003\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u65b0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u984c\uff1b\u63d0\u4f9b\u958b\u95ca\u7684\u5712\u5730\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e0d\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u8207\u5178\u7bc4\u9593\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u8207\u5c0a\u91cd\uff1b\u5728\u5167\u5bb9\u53d6\u5411\u4e0a\uff0c\u5247\u5f37\u8abf\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u517c\u5177\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u4eba\u6587\u7684\u672c\u8cea\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u5be6\u52d9\u7684\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f70\u986f\u61c9\u7528\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u7279\u8272\u3002  \u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u672c\u520a\u8a2d\u6709\u56b4\u8b39\u7684\u540c\u5115\u5be9\u67e5\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u7de8\u59d4\u6703\u4e26\u7db2\u7f85\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\u7684\u7cbe\u82f1\uff0c\u5168\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\u671f\u520a\u7684\u7de8\u5be9\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u672c\u520a\u5167\u5bb9\u4e0d\u50c5\u6d89\u7375\u570b\u969b\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u65b0\u601d\u6f6e\uff0c\u4ea6\u878d\u5408\u5728\u5730\u672c\u571f\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u56de\u61c9\u7576\u524d\u793e\u6703\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u8207\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u6b61\u8fce\u60a8\u7684\u8a02\u95b1\u53ca\u8cdc\u7a3f\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5be6\u52d9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e4b\u6df1\u8015\u8207\u8301\u58ef\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u7d93\u71df\u4e00\u4efd\u6709\u7406\u5ff5\u3001\u6709\u7279\u8272\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5b78\u8853\u520a\u7269\u3002\"
