Buddhist practice helped the author overcome her existence anxiety, and lead her to\u00a0serve the Taipei Buddhist Guanyin Counseling Center, and also helped her comprehend\u00a0action research more. This article is the reflection on the process that how the author\u00a0became a Buddhist, how she commit herself to action research, and reflection on the\u00a0experience that the author as a founding member and the executive secretary of the Taipei\u00a0Buddhist Guanyin Counseling Center. By doing this to show how the life development,\u00a0professional practice, and knowledge construction, are related to each other.<\/p>\n
