There are two main goals in the present study. The first goal is to explore\u00a0how young people at middle adolescent stage perceived their relationships\u00a0with parents. The second goal is to discover factors for changes in\u00a0relationships during their adolescent years. Thirteen students from vocational\u00a0education system were interviewed. In this article, factors for the better\u00a0changes of relationships were presented. Results showed that good\u00a0relationships were owing to changes of adolescents and parents. Mostly,\u00a0changes of the parents came after changes of the adolescents. Changes of the\u00a0adolescents included \u201cacquiring mature ability\u201d, \u201cchanges of the importance\u00a0of the relationships\u201d, \u201cleaving home\u201d, and \u201cowning resources\u201d. Changes of\u00a0the parents were \u201cletting go because of having confidence in adolescents\u201d,\u00a0\u201cmodulating the disciplines\u201d, and \u201cflexible expectations\u201d. In addition, these\u00a0factors were interrelated and reciprocal. Interrelations indicated that these\u00a0factors did not exist alone. Reciprocity indicated that changes of the\u00a0adolescents influenced parenting behavior, and changes of the parents\u00a0promoted further changes of the adolescents.<\/p>\n
