What this article presents is a consultation project in MK\u00a0Corporation, where three authors (one is organization psychologist,\u00a0another is strategy management scholar, and the other is human\u00a0resources worker) involved in the strategy planning in 2001 by double\u00a0visions of organization development\u2019s perspective and strategy\u00a0management perspective. The major discourse proposed in this paper\u00a0is: the theoretical frame to look at \u201cwhat is strategy formation process\u201d,\u00a0why we need to use a \u201ccomplex internal structure\u201d frame to deal with\u00a0\u201cstrategy formation process\u201d, what is the template of this \u201ccomplex\u00a0internal structure\u201d, and why we need that frame. The implementation\u00a0for academic domains of strategy management, organizational culture,\u00a0indigenous psychology in organizational behavior, and organizational\u00a0learning, are also discussed.<\/p>\n
