The purpose of this study was to explore the course of gender\u00a0consciousness forms and its influence on marital relationship of\u00a0married man. These data were collected by semi-structure in-depth\u00a0interview with five married men who are gender fair conscious and\u00a0their interactive experiences are probed by narrative inquiry. The\u00a0forming of gender fair consciousness is, according to the research\u00a0outcomes, a circulation which relates to early experience such as\u00a0training and education, seeing unequal, observed learning,\u00a0recognizing women’s abilities, Also, the conflicts between inner and\u00a0external pressures, masculine deconstruction, and intimate\u00a0relationship appear when their gender fair consciousness being built.\u00a0Gender fair consciousness has positive influence on the marital\u00a0relationship, for men who have gender fair consciousness may respect\u00a0women’s need and autonomy and take part in households.\u00a0Furthermore, the awareness and deconstruction of masculinity would\u00a0improve men\u2019s marital relation and their health.<\/p>\n
