Based on the various development contexts of education environment, tests were employed to discover how the dimensions of terminal values and instrumental values have changed concerns of the youth. Results showed that the youths who studied in college before 2001 emphasized more on extrinsic rewards than their counterparts of after 2001. Also, compared to the ranking of work values among three generations that studied in college between 1967 to 1987, it was found that the values of \u201cpeace and harmony\u201d has increased over time. These dimensions represent stability and security of life, as well as harmony of interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, with regard to instrumental values, youths who studied in college after the year of 2001 value justice and self-discipline more than their counterparts of after 2001. According to the mean score of each dimension of work values, the change of the ranking of work values among youths with higher education in different generations showed that younger workers regard  \u672c\u520a\u4ee5\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u5c0d\u8a71\u3001\u878d\u5408\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7de8\u8f2f\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8003\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u65b0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u984c\uff1b\u63d0\u4f9b\u958b\u95ca\u7684\u5712\u5730\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u4e0d\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u8207\u5178\u7bc4\u9593\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u8207\u5c0a\u91cd\uff1b\u5728\u5167\u5bb9\u53d6\u5411\u4e0a\uff0c\u5247\u5f37\u8abf\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u517c\u5177\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u4eba\u6587\u7684\u672c\u8cea\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u5be6\u52d9\u7684\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f70\u986f\u61c9\u7528\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u7279\u8272\u3002  \u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u672c\u520a\u8a2d\u6709\u56b4\u8b39\u7684\u540c\u5115\u5be9\u67e5\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u7de8\u59d4\u6703\u4e26\u7db2\u7f85\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\u7684\u7cbe\u82f1\uff0c\u5168\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\u671f\u520a\u7684\u7de8\u5be9\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u672c\u520a\u5167\u5bb9\u4e0d\u50c5\u6d89\u7375\u570b\u969b\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u65b0\u601d\u6f6e\uff0c\u4ea6\u878d\u5408\u5728\u5730\u672c\u571f\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u56de\u61c9\u7576\u524d\u793e\u6703\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u8207\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u6b61\u8fce\u60a8\u7684\u8a02\u95b1\u53ca\u8cdc\u7a3f\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5be6\u52d9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e4b\u6df1\u8015\u8207\u8301\u58ef\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u7d93\u71df\u4e00\u4efd\u6709\u7406\u5ff5\u3001\u6709\u7279\u8272\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5b78\u8853\u520a\u7269\u3002\"
